Who Wore It Better? Green Rory Beca Silk Tie Dress

Remember when I said wearing the same dress to the same event shouldn't happen? Well, it did again! Singer Katharine McPhee and actress January Jones both wore Rory Beca's green silk tie dress to Tao Nightclub's second anniversary party in Las Vegas. Katharine decided to go bare-legged and flirty with pointy gold pumps, while January chose a more funky look in navy blue tights and matching t-strap sandals. Who do you think wore it better?

I like the gold shoes that Katherine chose. The blue tights with the green dress isn't sooooo bad but when you get to the shoes, it's like wtf??????? And I agree, it's too short.

I'm surprised people said Katherine. The dress is very unflattering on her - it makes her look dumpy.

I just don't understand this trend of wearing dresses so short they might as well be shirts, especially bare legged. It's the three T's of Tacky, Trendy, and Trampy.

the dress itself looks better on january b/c it doesn't flatter mcphee's upper body BUT i think january killed it (in a bad way) with the tights so i voted for katherine

I prefer January--it looks like a surgeon's bathrobe on Katherine with her bare legs.

I'm starting to have a personal backlash against dresses so short they could feasibly be shirts.

I don't know if she decided or her stylist decided blue tights went with that, but they were wrong! It looks gorgeous with bare legs.

Ouch, that green and that blue should never be combined in my opinion. Katherine is my winner.
