I have had plastic surgery....and I got it when I didn't have a boyfriend or husband influencing me. You need to get this type of surgery when you have a clear head and no one to sway you one way or another. I am fully happy with my results and consider more as I get older for "mateniance" purposes. But like I said, do it for NO ONE but YOU!

i dont knock people who get plastic surgery, but im taking preventative measures now in my 20's like sun screen and good skincare so i wont ever need a facelift!! those things look painful.

Absolutely, if it makes you feel better about yourself, why not.

My hubby's Beagle bit part of my left nostril off when we were dating. So, I think I would probably get that fixed if I wasn't so damn scared.

I would consider it in the future. Right now I am happy with the way I look but in a few years if my boobs start drooping after breast feeding then I would certainly consider a lift. I would never do lipo or get anything that drastically changes what I look like. I'm me!

agree with dragoness - if money is no object, i could think of some areas for improvement. but wld never go for surgery to alter my looks - thats wrong. but more like whitening for teeth, slimming . as opposed to boob, nose, eye, lip jobs etc

I agree with Jen and Daisy. You CAN do it if you work hard.

I guess if I needed lipo.....I might consider it. I know one girl who had. She lost a lot of weight, and then she put all the weight back on. I would try dieting, and exercise first. If you really put your mind to it, you can lose the weight. I have seen people lose up to 100lbs. So, I voted no way.

I agree w/ladydragoness, if I had the money I would get some lipo!

If I could afford it I would. I know of a couple of areas I would have fixed.

I think it's okay to get one plastic surgery to boost your self-esteem but not when you're getting a series of surgeries to the point you no longer look like your former self. (That could be a sign of a mental disorder)
