depends on the break. if it's the heel, then i'd do a temporary self-fix then rush it to the shoe dr.

it depends on the shoe. i've never actually had one break on me before...but if i did, and it was a pair i really liked, i'd consider getting it fixed, if possible. otherwise, my shoes are all from target and payless anyway so what's another $20 for a newer, trendier pair?

I'll try to fix them so I can wear them to the store and get a new pair...then throw them away.

Shoe ER if I really like the pair. Actually I would probably mourn over breaking them so much that I wouldn't bear the thought of buying a new pair so quickly.

Thank GOD I've never had a heel break. It's something that I absolutely dread thinking about when wearing my heels. It would ultimately depend on the shoe, though. I have a pair of round-toe Guess heels that are my most comfy black pumps, so if God FORBID something happened to them, I probably would try to get them fixed.

If I really loved the shoe, I would get it fixed. It's surprisingly not expensive. I had to fix the heels on a pair of boots and it only cost me $10 at Heel Sew Quik. Though once I got the shoe shine guy in my old office building to fix a pair of heels that I adored and he totally effed them up!

If it's a good pair of shoes you have to save them!

Throw it and then get it fixed, but I don't have any shoes worth enough to take to the shoe ER. maybe someday. I still like cursing and throwing things at walls though.

I've never had a heel break off..knock on wood. If it did happen..I would buy a new pair and get the other fixed.

Depends on how much I love the show and how much I spent originally. If it's one of my $100+ pairs, it's going to the cobbler for repair. If it's a cheapo from Target or a teenybopper store, it's trashed.

This has never happened to me but if I did it would depend on the shoe. I would have my favorites fixed but throw out others.

If it was one of my very expensive nice shoes, I would take it to get fixed and grab another pair out of my car (always be prepared!). If it was a cheap one like a flip flop...chuck it out!

It depends on the shoe. Some shoes are worth saving.
