With the booming beat of the tribal drum, Zero + Maria Cornejo launched Spring 2014. Seeking to explore a "modern way to look at things that have already existed" the collection incorporated architectural and anthropological references to past civilizations.
The structured separates were colored in the muted neutral hues of papyrus and linen, while graphic prints drew inspiration from the Palais de Tokyo and desert mirages. And in keeping with current trends, yes, the stomachs were bare! All combined, the collection was timeless no matter in which century it was set.
