>> Annie Leibovitz Gains Back Photo Rights With Loan Renegotiation —Annie Leibovitz, who was in danger of losing the rights to every photo she had ever taken, plus four of her homes, has reached a deal with her creditors Art Capital Group.  Leibovitz was able to buy back her photo rights, Art Capital is dropping its breach of contract lawsuit, and she's avoided the predicted bankruptcy filing.  The conditions of Art Capital's $24 million loan to Leibovitz were renegotiated and its maturity date, originally Sept. 8, extended.
