Sarah Jessica Parker's Outfit Will Play Tricks on Your Eyes — and Then Steal Your Heart

There are times we spot a celebrity outfit and think "OK, cute." The fit is great, the design's classic or right on trend, and overall, it's something we'd love to copy. But every so often, a look such as Sarah Jessica Parker's most recent one comes into play, and we're so mesmerized by the styling we can barely think straight.

While discussing her new show Divorce at a TimesTalks event, the actress showed off her bra in a see-through, mesh-like dress. But rather than reveal her whole body, the skirt included a layer that pretty much blended in with her skin tone, causing us to do a double take. Sarah Jessica then paired the piece with purple metallic boots, which included geometric side details that made them look mesh as well. We were in awe, captivated, and intrigued, and also pretty impressed that this style star pulled off this tricky ensemble.
