such a great workout! love how dance in combined with yoga!

I don't like this at all. It looks way haphazard and likely to cause some injury. Aside from that, some of the moves were not done on one side the same as the other. I'm going to pass on this.

This workout killed my back, and not in a good way. Lots of very fast back flexing. It also hurt my knees at points. I will not be doing this again.
