I would suggest getting the Yellow or Green Bow Tie Band from SPRI products (which is a light resistance (yellow) or medium resistance (green)). Most of them are the same size but the resistance varies depending on the brand who makes them. I know that SPRI products online sells them for about 10-15 dollars each and the colors I go for are yellow or green!! Glad you liked the workout!
