A 3-Move Quickie Calorie Burner

When you don't have time to hit the gym, quick at-home workouts are a great way to get your sweat on. Here's a three-exercise circuit from Barry's Bootcamp instructor Allie Cohen. We're fairly certain you can fit this fitness quickie into your busy life. Do a quick warmup, grab some medium weights, then rock this workout.
