These are 4 great variations, they look so easy but are difficult to do well and with good technique. My tips are try with feet on a vibragym, same routines. Try the donkey kick with arms on a BOSU ball, moving up and down in pushup style synchronized with the kicks. Try the static "plank on elbows" and rotate the elbows out and up to shoulder height 5 one side 5 the other until you reach your limit. I do various of these various nights of the week at gym. Usually few others are doing planks but they really build your core strength over time. @dawnweslept

I'm still struggling with doing a basic plank. I'm getting better at it though! Thanks for some variations. I will definitely try these once I get better.
