I agree about the almond milk! It has little flavor if you get the original so it can go into recipes perfectly! I make corn chowder with it all the time! Plain soy still gives off a sweet flavor but I love vanilla soy with espresso!!

Thanks for the heads up darc5204! Yup, I meant as an alternative to cow's milk. Goat's milk is soo much easier on your digestive tract!

That was my thought too, weffie. Goat's milk is dairy. Still, for people who are sensitive to cow's milk but not against dairy in general, it can sometimes be an effective substitute.

I usually switch it up between almond, soy and rice... vanilla almond is my favourite for drinking, but I find soy better for cooking when creaminess is desired. How is goat's milk not "dairy milk"? I thought anything excreted from a mammal's teat counted as dairy, not just cow's milk.

I agree. Almond milk is the best. I like the "original/sweetened" flavor. 60 calories per serving.
