Great exercises, except the bent-over row with resistance band is not a triceps exercise. It works the back, shoulders and BICEPS. If you added a triceps kickback after you rowed the weights up, then it would work the triceps, obviously, but alone it does not.

These are good, but if your arm has a lot of jiggle, you'll still need cardio, or else it is just firm tricep under the flab
