If you want to add flax seed and chia to your shakes, there is a great flax seed and chia blend called Fitflax htTp:// It's delicious, and a great source of omega-3s. Flax seeds are also a great weight loss food, high in fiber, protein and minerals. In the mornings, I'll add it to shakes or mix it into Greek yogurt and berries. Throughout the day I'll add it to salads or just eat it as a healthy filling snack.
