Great tips, I'm really not a morning person and have skipped breakfast (I know, it's bad :s) for months due to insomnia which led me to get up very late everyday, but I'm now slowly managing to get back on track and have a more normal routine in the morning and these tips are definately gonna be helpful so thanks a lot Fit! :)

great sensible tips, I definitely needed the reminder. I'm a college student and keep a water cooler in my bedroom. It might seem a little out of place, but it's a life saver! Cold water in the morning and hot water for tea to fuel those late night study sessions. I can't wait to try making those mini frittatas!

Those egg baskets look yummy! I like to do a few vinyasas before I get moving. Stretching in bed makes me want to drift off. lol
