She's whipped everybody from Ke$ha to Sting into red-carpet shape. But you don't need to be a famous rock star to score some Grammy-worthy workout secrets. Sought-after celebrity trainer Kit Rich recently shared her go-to move for abs (and legs, too) for SELF readers to give a whirl at home or the gym.
The Move: The Glass Cleaner
You'll Need: Resistance band
Works: Abs, butt, thighs

Begin on elbows and knees with elbows directly underneath shoulders, knees underneath hips. Place band around right foot and hold band with left hand. Then, move onto right hand, opening the body up to the right side. Lift right leg up and out to the side, in line with your hip (as shown). Pulse right leg up and down 10 times. After the tenth pulse, hold leg up and sweep back behind you. Pulse right leg 10 more times in that position. After the tenth pulse, hold the right leg up and bring back to starting position. Repeat this move 10 to 15 times for each leg.
