It reassures me that the workout was worth it. But then again, you may be hurting your muscles instead of exercising them! ____________________________________ Don't tick me off. Or you'll get it.

Are you kidding? It's the reason I work out.

I love to be sore. I like to feel sore on my low booty - that is the spot that needs some serious toning on my body.

I absolutely LOVE feeling sore. I feel like I actually worked myself, especially when I do something new in the season like swimming or skiing. It's awesome.

I love it. After a long day of snowboarding, I wake up the next day feeling sore but trimmer so it's all good. :)

I do love it! It reminds me that I did a good workout... and also reminds me to keep it going.

I like feeling the tightness of my muscles a couple days after say - an intense spinning class - but I DON'T like being so sore it hurts to get in and out of the car. That's NO fun!
