Question that's KIND of related: is there a site that has a workout for iPods (or similar device)? Like a personal trainer through my ears? I'm the worst at coming up with my own stuff to do, so I do the same stuff-- when I actually DO workout. Like, take interval running it would have a fast tempo, then a voice saying "it's been 5 minutes slow down to a medium jog" and then it's a slower song? Or something even more creative than that that instructs me (tells me) what to do?

Music definitely affects my workout...there's just some songs where I can tell I start movin' faster when I listen to them. Two of my nerdy ones include: Beautiful Life by Ace of Base and Fighter by Christina Aguilera.
