I know first hand that humidity makes allergies worse. I've been prescribed three different allergy meds-Allegra D, Nasonex, and Patanol, which is a super duper eye drop. I have to use all three of those at least once a day, on more humid days twice, or else my allergies make me want to stay in bed all day

Ive had horrible allergies my whole life...been on all types of the various drugs they have come out with over the years (ive given up on that option...none of them work for me). Ive been going to an ENT doctor since i was like 5 yrs old becuase my allergies are so bad. I live in florida and its about as humid a climate you could find. Humidity is actually very good for my allergies. I absolutely HAVE to live in a humid climate otherwise i feel like im dying from my allergies. In the winter, when the humidity is less, i have to use a humidifier in my house.

My allergies don't get bad when it is humid, but my asthma kicks in if the humidity is over 60%. Something about extremely humid air causing ozone and other pollution to hang around near the ground.

I suffer 24/7/365 with allergies. I hate snorting all the time, despite my Neti pot, Sudafed and Claritin. Ugh.
