5/5 Lat pull downs can go either way...proper form of course is important on anything...I prefer doing them behind my head, seems more effective...

WooHoo, 5/5! I thought the picture of the girl doing the triceps kickbacks was a little confusing..the angle was a little weird and it was hard to see exactly what she was doing. I've slways been told that you can do lat pulldowns either way, but you target the muscle a little differently depending on which style you do. As long as you have good form, you should be able to stay injury-free.

5/5...those were easy...might want to get a new picture for lat pull downs. Pulling the bar behind your head can do some serious damage to your neck/spine.
