Huh- I did well on this I think by accident. I snack all the time- probably more like 3 or 4 times a day. I'm just hungry every couple of hours, so I plan my food for the day around that fact. I think the key probably isn't is this banana and peanut butter "too many calories", but did I accurately account for it in my calorie count for the day?

Yea I sometimes eat more or less depending on how I feel. I work out usually everyday and sometimes I feel like I need more food.. so I eat more.. lol I don't really follow a set of rules for my calorie intake..

i'm not trying to be nit picky, but if you aren't supposed to go over 250 calories, then how come Larabars fit in with many dietitians and fitness fanatics? some have a bit over 200 cal. and that is something i often snack on...

ugh. i agree with other people - this is really starting to get frustrating! calorie counts are SOOO subjective! the difference between people is huge, factoring in daily activities, exercise, and genetics. also, a person's meal sizes differ. sometimes i eat three square meals a day with maybe a small snack in the afternoon, other times i eat three small meals and one larger snack. it all depends- you just can't generalize like that.

Thanks for your eagle eyes everyone. You were right about question 4. the answers are all fixed now. Maybe it's time I had a snack!

I agree with LindsayLou. Both of those answers should be right since they would technically both be under 200 calories.

I'm confused on question 4...if a medium apple and 1tbsp of PB doesn't exceed the maximum amount of calories for a snack, then how can a half an apple and 1tsp exceed the amount of calories? Am I not reading the question correctly?

Way too subjective again. The "correct" snack size and method depends on the person, especially activity level.
