Ashley Greene Women's Health Cover: "I don't want a child's body."

A Healthy Bite: Ashley Greene

"A lot of people like to be super tiny, but I don't want a child's body — I want a woman's body that is extremely fit. It's so much sexier."

Ashley Greene in this month's Women's Health. The Twilight star also says she's not into deprivation diets: "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it." She is big on working out though. To get in shape for her role as Alice Cullen, Ashley says she put on a lot of lean muscle by doing "cardio, squats, and planks." Ashley also worked her muscles by using kettlebells and "pushing a big box filled with weights across a room."

Kellan Lutz — Ashley's co-star in the Twilight saga — also got in on the ab action by posing shirtless on this month's cover of Men's Health. Head over to Pop to see the pics, and cast your vote on whose magazine cover is hotter — Ashley's or Kellan's?

Her face is oddly photoshopped, which makes me wonder if there's some photoshopping going on with her abs, as well. Anyway, it seems like she has a healthy attitude, but I don't like the idea that a super tiny woman has a "child's body." Sure, no one should aspire to be an unhealthy weight, but some women are just naturally small and not curvy.

Yeah, I'm with her. I could never have a "child's body" anyway. I have a lot of muscle mass and a lot of curves, even though I'm small. I'd rather have a nice curvy butt and sculpted arms than little spaghetti noodles any day.
