This is a great routine. I particularly like the balance aspects of this workout. As we age our balance tends to deteriorate, so it's important to not only work on cardio and weight training, but at least a couple times a week work on balance. Here's a 15 minute total body workout focused on weights and cardio that I hope you'll enjoy.
