Yoga poses are great to do on their own, but the magic really happens when you link poses together in a sequence. It works the entire body slowly and gradually heats up your shoulders, back, hamstrings, abs, calves, and hips. After five of these Sun Salutations, your breath will feel even, your mind calm, and your body will feel ready to run or try more challenging yoga poses.
