I am always on the hunt for new ways to challenge my midsection, and lucky for me my Equinox trainer Lauren is happy to indulge this pursuit. She recently taught me two new ab exercises using a BOSU. Don't be fooled by the silly look of this piece of fitness gear; the BOSU really seems to increase the difficulty of any move almost exponentially. Next time you're at the gym, pick one up and try these exercises. Your abs will appreciate the burn and quiver.
