I LOVE FITNESS!! It's so much more refreshing than the others. It's 100% "me" time...I don't have to hear about how to impress a guy or what a celeb is doing/wearing.

Yeah, 3 way tie for me as well...Women's Health, Shape and Prevention. Ultimately chose Women's Health because I feel like I get more out of it.

Yeah, I like Runner's World and Fitness. Women's Health is just okay to me, sometimes I think it's a little too weight-focused instead of overall health. http://adventurechronicles.onsugar.com/

I like Muscle and Fitness Hers but I've also discovered a "new" magazine this year called ON FITNESS that I just love! It is entirely devoted to fitness and health, no beauty advice here! It is geared toward trainers but anyone can use it and that means both men and women. It also isn't full of advertisements which means is costs a little more, $6.99 per issue but I have found it to be well worth the investment. In fact, I keep every issue. It is published bi-monthly.

Womens' Health is always packed full of good info--I'd have to say it's one of my favorites. I also like Whole Living and Fitness. I don't care for Shape because they airbrush their models too much and I think Self is not really a fitness magazine as much as it is a catch-all health/beauty/style mag.

Four Way Tie: Fitness RX for Women, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Oxygen and Muscle and Performance (the free mag from Vitamin Shoppe). Those mags have been instrumental in losing 40 lbs over the past year and change...

3-way tie for me: Fitness, Pilates Style & Dirt Rag (a mountain bike one). Read all three regularly and I enjoy Yoga Journal as well.

I had to pick WH because it is the only one I subscribe to, but I do buy most of these on a semi-regular basis, particularly body + soul, Health, Fitness and Self. We also have a nice magazine in Canada that I buy on the regular, called Best Health.

That's hard! Women's Health, if I had to pick *one* for its insightful sass, but Self appeals to a different, more introspective side of me. I was going to give up my Fitness subscription but then liked the changes I saw when Betty Wong took over as EIC. I like Runner's World a lot too, more than I ever thought I would (just because I'd always thought it was for elites)...Shape I'm not so crazy about anymore, though I used to rank it high with WH. I don't subscribe to the others, but I do get Prevention and Health posts in my Facebook news feed.
