Eating fewer/larger meals, skipping meals, skipping breakfast...the latest science debates the widely held beliefs that these things will somehow negatively impact your metabolism. Any studies that have suggested otherwise have been outright debunked. Intermittent fasting has been proven to INCREASE metabolism while eating smaller, more frequent meals has been shown to INCREASE appetite and cravings.
