xlove these are the questions as they were asked before commercial during the show this week, so Fit didn't write them, NBC did. :) True though, what IS a spoonfull? Either way you look at it...7 spoons is a LOT!

this quiz was a bit lame. There wasn't enough information to make a real decision. I mean a spoonful? what size is the spoon?! Turkey vs beef... dark meat or light? what cut of beef? If you buy 96% fat free ground beef I guarantee you will be getting leaner protein (not to mention more iron) than if you are eating regular ground turkey.
