Take a cue from Kendra Wilkinson who says no to extreme dieting, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t working hard to banish her baby belly. "I'm phasing [junk food] out, little by little," she says. She’s also shedding weight by "hiking, biking, just going outside and having fun."

Learn how reality stars Kristin and Kim deal with their trouble zones when you

.

The Hills star Kristin Cavallari tells Life & Style she stays slim by eating all natural and hitting the gym. "I don’t eat processed food, for the most part," Kristin tells Life & Style. "I try to eat all natural. I work out three to four times a week at the gym and do lots of sit-ups. My stomach is my trouble area."

Kim Kardashian, who recently dropped 5 pounds in just five days says she the extra weight she lost gave her the confidence she needed for bikini season. "I used to be shy and insecure walking around in a bikini," the size 2 star told Life & Style. "But now I just love feeling confident."

See I don't mind posts about Kim, but I do mind articles about photo-shopped to death pictures of Kourtney and sister Khloe, who is the most annoying person ever to be on TV. I get the feeling Kim goes up and down, works for her figure, and also enjoys good food. Her sisters are just irrelevant.

I too am tired of the Kardashian posts. (And I actually don't mind them; I just don't find them to be great bastions of health and fitness.) However, I, too, have seen Kim in person and she's much smaller than she appears on screen/in photos. It's very possible that she's a size two.

I'm pretty sure Kristin Cavallari's diet secret is cocaine.

Eh, whatever. I'll take my workouts from magazines like Shape and Women's Health over Life and Style ANY day. I have no desire whatsoever to look like a Kardashian.

Yeah, the Kardashian posts are getting sneakier. What was the one the other day? Oh yeah, is your family competitive about weight, starring the Kartrashian sisters.

I've thought for some time that Sugar Inc. has business interests in Viacom or Comcast, and now I've found that it essentially does. The closest link I can find is that Sugar is backed by Sequoia Capital, which in turn backs companies like Atom Entertainment (MTV/Viacom owned) and Plaxo (Comcast owned). As we all know, MTV owns the Hills, and Comcast owns E!, which is home of the Kardashians. Sugar used to be backed by NBC, which G.E. just sold to Comcast, but I doubt that has any relevance. Ugh. Corporations. They've even infiltrated our dear FitSugar.

In all fairness, this isn't really a post about Kim Kardashian - it also talks about Kristen Cavallari and Kendra.

Let's call a spade a spade here - and we just make it Kardashian Sugar?

I'm 5'2 with the same lower body proportions as KK. There's no way in pure hell she's a 2. Maybe in vanity sizing. I have to squeeze into size 4 jeans, if I can even get them on.

I'm not a Kardashian fan either, but I saw her once in person and she is really tiny. She might really be a size 2

Wow are we supposed to *appreciate* this article? What garbage. Another Kardashian, another story which is far from being a fitness piece. Please. Stop the madness. Though I know this is pointless; there will just be another post about one of them in a day or two.

I actually don't mind the Kardashians (I know, I know) but I'm also a little tired of hearing about how Kim is a size 2. I'm sure she's a size 2 somewhere - if not in designer clothes, then at the mall, but who cares? I feel like it's mentioned all the time, regardless of the context.

Fit, are you listening to any of your loyal readers/ commentors? Can you at least respond to us? It seems that many Sugar readers do not appreciate the Kardashians almost DAILY appearences on a website that supposedly promotes health and well being by exercise and eating well. And onlysourcherry -- maybe you can head over to savvysugar and make that suggestion ;)

So you're honestly saying that watching what I eat and exercising will get me in better shape? No way?!?!

LMAO, onlysourcherry! I would love to hear K-K-K's opinion on the Goldman Sach's scandal. :p

I totally disagree. I like to read about the Kardashians, how Kim is a size two, how diet pills keep them in shape, and how they lose baby weight. I'd love to get their take on the Wall Street regulations going through the senate.

I believe Kim could be a size 4 if anything. Some girl my friend used to date is Kim's height and has her exact measurements, and wears a size 4. Also with Kristin, wasn't she just accused of being a coke head? hmm.

Ditto, Asche. There has been a negative reaction to almost every article about the Kardashians on here, yet no explanation as to why we're being subjected to these people at least three times per week. They are NOT healthy role models, and the only reason I can think to put them on a fitness site is as a bad example.

Fit, I really wish you would stop posting stories about Kim Kardashian. I honestly don't understand why you do it. This is a place where we come for healthy advice, yet you continue writing articles about a group of women who publicly use diet pills to maintain their figures. It's honestly driving me away from this site.

she's a size 2??? seems more like 4/6.... if Kim's a 2 I am maswsive! wow
