It's easy to see why breakfast is the most important meal of the day when you eye these delicious-looking blueberry oatmeal pancakes, which FitSugar reader HealthyDiva posted in our Healthy Recipe group.

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 packets of Stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dried blueberries (or any fruit you choose)
Protein frosting is made by mixing one scoop of protein powder with either water or almond milk, add little liquid to the powder gradually until it becomes a frosting like texture!
I use Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder and it's amazing! Not sure how other powders will taste, but try!
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cook on a skillet and enjoy!
Makes one big delicious pancake!
