She also had a genetic predisposition to breast cancer as well- I'm not saying that artificial sweeteners will definitely make you get cancer. I'm not saying that at all. But if look up how your body processes them you will see that your body really can't process and metabolize artificial sweeteners.

Breast cancer is a terrible disease. My step-grandma has breast cancer and it spread to her bones before she eventually died. I hope that everyone takes steps to stay healthy now. My s-g ate a lot of foods with nutrasweet and aspartame in them and I've had read many sources that say there is a link between artificial sweeteners and cancer. I would advice everyone to try to cut artificial sweeteners out of their diets.
