how is it possible that THREE strips of bacon have less cholesterol than just 1 egg? I have trouble believing that. Are they talking about regular pork bacon or turkey bacon? Either way I'm not taking eggs out of my diet.

hey guys, I don't think FitSugar is saying you shouldn't eat eggs! It's good to know how much cholesterol these dishes contain if you're trying to watch your intake.

Eggs are perfectly fine to eat every day! The cholesterol in eggs is not something to worry about.
