4/6. I would totally eat this salad, and maybe it can start being meal replacements for me. Instead of a huge dinner I can just have a grilled/baked chicken salad. Yummm!

I haaaate red peppers, so I would put tomatoes in...but otherwise I would totally eat this salad. But I would use low-fat feta, and make my own salad dressing!

I wish I liked most of the suggested foods for this salad. Unfortunately, I can't stand peppers, and don't like tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, or avocado! I know I am a picky eater and I've tried to like these but I honestly cannot.

Hmm...that must have been one HUGE chicken breast. Half has 26 or 29 (cant remember which one it is) grams of protein, really??
