AmyLyn 8 years I LOVE Brummel and Brown yogurt butter! yes yogurt! It seriously tastes just like butter, it even has that slight hint of saltiness! It has half the fat of margarine or butter and is a little bit better for you over all, I love it. Plus you can spread it. DesignRchic 8 years yea! Have you tried the whipped version of it? It's easier to spread. carito8 8 years I love Smart Balance spread especially the one with flax oil, taste is great and is more soft that the regular one. DesignRchic 8 years Yes! Got it right. I prefer the taste of butter over margarine. But we use Smart Balance, and it seems to be the only non-butter spread we really like. jelizjorae 8 years NOOOO Sorry - You didn't ask which is healthy, then the answer would be neither. You asked which is healthier, ergo, the one with saturated fat but no trans fat wins.
