I see that someone else just commented above this post about the thinki thin ones. Think Thin products make the thinkthin crunch bars. They are are branded as gluten free along with their other products. Based on the above info. these beat out all of the rest! 190 calories 12 gFat 16 gCarbs 115 gSodium, 4 gFiber, 10 gProtein AND only 3 gSugar. They have several different flavors bars in the crunch family! These are amazing and although the fat content is a little higher so is the protein (IMO: if you maintain a lower fat diet to begin with this will be fine)

Love the Kashi TLC bars, very filling and delicious! I used to rely on them for a quick breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Wish they'd come out with a gluten free version.

Nature Valley has this little thin square one... i forget the name right now... but it is pretty amazing and hits the spot just right...
