Calories in Valentine's Day Candy

Sweet Heart: Calories in Valentine's Treats

What's Valentine's Day without a sweet, decadent indulgence? We love it all, from delicately frosted sugar cookies with fancy pink icing to chocolate of all kinds. Whatever your passion is on this day of love, you don't want to overdo it and undo all the good you've achieved with your healthy diet and exercise.

The best way to prevent weight gain (and an awful sugar high) is to know the nutritional info of your favorite edible pleasures, so check out this handy chart below.

I don't know why, but I have one must-have candy per holiday (though I usually have a few more on the side). Christmas for me is peppermint bark. For Vday, I love Russel Stover strawberry fluff hearts covered with chocolate. Easter makes me want Reece's Eggs (good pb to chocolate ratio), and Halloween is everything!!!
