Bake up a batch of low-calorie cookies with more than six grams of protein per serving. They taste like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, just healthier and more nutrient-rich!

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon almond butter
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1 scoop of protein powder (I used Sun Warrior vanilla protein)
  4. 1 egg white
  5. 2 packets of stevia
  6. 1/4 cup carob chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, form into six balls, and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about six to eight minutes.
