Ingredients

8 ounces ZICO chocolate coconut water
1 banana, frozen
3 tablespoons raw hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix well.
  2. Top off with sliced banana and a sprinkle of raw hemp seeds if you wish.
