- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 small apple, chopped (with skin)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 6 oz. nonfat organic Greek yogurt
- Combine oats and almond butter; set aside.
- Sauté apple over medium heat in water and lemon juice until tender.
- Fold cinnamon into yogurt.
