I find that if I work out with anything in my stomach, I get nauseous. I so do not have the makings of a marathon runner.

i actually answered "no" to all of these, i guess i'm doing all right! i am a group exercise instructor for multiple formats, so it makes sense that i should heed the advice that i give. :)
