What about the worry that you're not doing "enough"? I get my heart rate up and do interval workouts and I actually work myself out to the point of not being able to physically do more with correct form (each workout) but it still feels like maybe I'm not doing as much as I should, when I compare my 20-30 minute intense workouts to some of the celebrity workouts that are 60-90 minutes long. How do they keep going at such an intense level for that long??
