I used to take an attitude of "oh, chips and salsa won't kill me" or "I can splurge on a starbucks today." And the scales weren't moving despite my commitment to exercising and eating healthy foods! I had to learn that maybe conference room bagels won't kill me but they will kill my diet!

This is all so extremely true. I've noticed that for me to lose ACTUAL weight I CANNOT half-heartedly do a workout and/or diet plan. I have to REALLY, REALLY try. These are all great tips!
