Is something that I should make a top priority, but gets pushed to the side when things get hectic.

Something I do, look forward to, and is a huge part of my lifestyle. Exercise improves my health - both physically and emotionally. I love it. But hate it when I am running, which makes me feel fantastic when I finish. Our bodies are meant to move!

Man do I miss it. I have a needy toddler and it's a real challenge to do anything. The only exercise of any kind I get is playing with my kid.I used to do yoga 4-5 times a week. I miss that "me" time.

Something I SHOULD do but never seem to get to and do not look forward to. I hate how badly my back and knees hurt and know it's a catch -22 ... that if I worked out they would strengthen and not hurt eventually.

Usually, it's something I look forward to but for the past week, I've been dreading it something fierce. I'm fighting through it, though, so hopefully this funk will pass.

Normally it's something I look forward to, but there are always the days in which I dread it.

I've realized that when I force myself to stick to working out, I begin to love it over time. I think I heard somewhere that it takes thirty days for something to become a habit. So... if you're in an exercise rut, or dread going to the gym/classes/running outside, etc., determine in your heart and mind that you'll do it for at least 30 days... and then see how you feel.I know for me when I've made it a habit, it's almost like not even an option not to exercise. That's how I feel now :) You just find time for it, the same way you do with other hobbies, such as reading, cooking, gardening, etc... whatever it is you like to do :)

...something I'm trying to make part of my lifestyle. I have days where I love it and days where it's just another chore weighing on my already-tight schedule.

necessary, but not necessarily enjoyable. I consider working out to be like work-- I do it to get paid... only my "pay" here is a better body, more energy and less sickness.

an escape! I love having my hour or so of alone time everyday to listen to music and get lost in my thoughts. I feel so much better mentally (in addition to physically) when I am exercising consistently.

I just hate exercising. There are days when I like it and I still have my favorite classes (like pilates) which I look forward to sometimes, but overall it's a drag.

Unfortunately my schedule has changed so much that I'm having difficulty making time for exercise the way I used to. Hopefully with a few adjustments, I'll be able to get back on track.

My favorite part of my workouts is getting them over with. I'd rather workout than not, but I rarely WANT to do it -- but I do it anyway. The last lap or curl is always the sweetest!

I love it. But I'm a person who need to be in motion. I use 45min of my hour lunch to walk around outside. I also workout twice a week before work and on on Friday afternoon, and take a dance class on Saturday mornings. There are times when I get lazy and don't want to go, but I just remind myself that I've never (not once) regretted going to the gym...but I often regret NOT going.
