On day seven of FitSugar's Countdown to The Oscars with Ellen and Bob, Bob shows us cardio intervals so your body does not get used to your regular cardio routine. As always, Bob says to stay relaxed. I really love the idea of finishing with the squats on the TreadMill, it's just another great way to keep your heart rate up to burn those extra calories.
