I was hanging out with two of my serious runner friends, who each have many marathons under their respective belts. They were talking training, and I admitted that I hadn't done any cardio that day, but at least I did my two sets of push-ups. "Push-ups!" they exclaimed in unison, and then each went on to explain that she never does push-ups and made many excuses for avoiding this great exercise. But push-ups are my go-to move. Write a story, then knock out a set of push-ups. Easy-peasy strength building. What is your relationship to this great all-body exercise?
