ehe i guess i just chose the foods i liked better rather than the ones i thought contained less calories. but i would choose chocolate pudding over oreos any day!

Why would anybody want to eat a Subway?Eww.On another note - an organisational control lecturer once said that he'd never encountered a food preparation place that didn't have a problem with staff putting their "bodily fluids" into the food. No matter how classy the restaurant!!So I try not to eat out so much now. ;)

don't oreos also have trans fats in them?? or did they take it out?(I don't like oreos so I don't have any lying around to check for sure)either way, I'd take artificial sweeteners (of which the health hazards of many are still undetermined) over trans fats (which we KNOW are bad for us).

jnj213 - you're right the SF jello pudding is sweetened w/ artificial sweetners (bad, bad fit suger! that's not a healthy food to promote!) which is why I chose the oreos.Though, I'm not sure if the high fructose corn syrup in the oreos are much better for you :)

In truth I wouldn't eat any of those things I just flat out guessed. I don't think I've ever been in an Olive Garden they concept grosses me out.But Cheerios I miss. I just can't eat entire cup maybe 3 oz or so.

I was 3/4, also because of the Cheerios/Special K. Why? I was thinking of Honey Nut Cheerios... then again, I stick to my Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal every morning with some light vanilla soy milk (it helps my stomach from getting sick) or mix it in with soy yogurt for more texture.

I didn't do so well on this because I picked what I would actually eat, not which I thought had the fewest calories. I knew the linguini was the right answer, but I can't stand those thick noodles.

no, they do not include milk. a half a cup of skim milk is approximately 40 calories, or 1 ww point. Sorry, such a dork about weight watchers, but I do love my WW.

In this imaginary day, I would be 100% willing to take an extra 10 calories for the team, because , really, cheerios (especially plain!) are pretty vile. But then again, my username is Caramelmacchiato, so I can't be expected to provide the voice of nutritional reason.Also, do the cereal-calories include milk?
