Debloating Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pineapple
  2. 1/2 cup papaya
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. 1/4 cucumber (with skin)
  5. 1 cup chilled coconut water (or 4 coconut water ice cubes [2] and 1/2 cup chilled coconut water)
  6. 2 cups spinach
  7. 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Puree everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
