3 out of 5. I don't think you need five 60 minute sessions. If you eat smart, you can do less. It's great if you can do it, but you don't want to burn out or set an unreasonable goal you can't keep. Chickpeas..really? If you want to add fiber to your diet I'd recommend flax seed http://www.theflaxdiet.com
