I tend to be a creature of habit in almost everything, except exercise. While my husband consistently exercises in the morning, I am more flexible with my workout schedule. I jump around from an early morning swim, to a run at lunch, or an after-work workout. It all depends on my schedule for the day. I know a lot of folks like to exercise at the same time each day, but many of us do not have a reliable schedule. What about you? Do you always exercise at the same time of the day?
