Do You Eat Breakfast Every Day?

It took me a long time to realize that breakfast is one meal not to be compromised. Not only does it give me the energy to start my day, it revs up my metabolism, and keeps my hunger from spiking at lunchtime. If you ask me, those are three solid reasons to always eat breakfast. Eating in the morning doesn't come naturally to some people, so tell me, do you eat breakfast every morning?

I can't be bothered by food, only my morning coffee. Food can talk to me a few hours later when I start feeling crappy and wonder why...oh yeah, I didn't eat anything yet. fizzymartini I LOVE your avi!!! :D :D

Yes Sir Ree!!! Depending on what time I wake up though, I either eat before or after my work out... tomorrow morning it will be afterwards!

I try to, but sometimes on the weekends I don't wake up early enough. So I just eat a bigger lunch, lol.

I very seldom eat breakfast now or when I was a child. I prefer to eat an early lunch at 10 or 11 when I get hungry. I eat breakfast food for dinner.

Yes, my parents made sure we always ate breakfast before going to school, and that habit has stayed with me. After drinking my lemon water, I'll go have a bowl of cereal or toast. And I always have a banana in the morning. (Old habits die hard.)

My absolute favorite meal of the day!I usually work out first thing in the morning and after a great run and weight lifting my body is totally ready for some fuel:)That's when I get creative - its either egg whites with some tomatoes,roasted peppers and a wedge of laughing cow light cheese or some fresh strawberries topped with skim ricotta and tbs of peanut butter or a cup of One Fiber cereal with soy milk and some raspberries...oh,list goes on:) I never get so passionate about my lunch and dinner though:)
