Do You Eat the Same Thing For Breakfast Every Day?

I'm not sure I'd define myself as a creature of habit, but I definitely love to eat the same thing for breakfast most days. Cereal and fruit with milk or yogurt has the perfect combination of healthy carbs, fiber, and protein, so it gives me energy for late morning workouts and keeps my belly satisfied until lunch. I mix up the cereals and fruit I eat, so it feels different to me, but it's just so easy that I've stuck with it for a while. On the weekends, I do stray from my cereal bowl since the fam likes to have pancakes or eggs. What about you?

I don't have much time to cook breakfast on weekdays, so I just sip oatmeal drinks. On weekends I eat whatever I feel like cooking or whatever my sister had made.

I alternate between: -Amy's Steel Cut Oats w/ blueberries and soy milk - a slice of Ezekiel sprouted grain toast with peanut butter and blackberry spread -a smoothie with vanilla Greek yogurt and whatever fruit I have (some combo of mangoes, strawberries and bananas) -a smoothie with banana, chocolate whey protein, and soy milk

Before my workouts, I have a half of a yougurt smoothie every day. I don't really like yougurt, but it's the only thing that i can stomach at 530 in the morning. But for my breakfast, I switch it up. Fruit and cottage cheese, or english muffin with a scrambled egg, or natural PB or cottage cheese. Then I have a mid morning snack. This week its a nutty trail mix / rasins. Fun stuff.

I mostly eat the same thing every morning. Usually it is only bean burritos, sometimes with potatoes, used to eat eggs but know i detest even the smell. I do sometimes enjoy fruit and yogurt or cereal with soy milk. On special occasions pancakes or chilaquiles.

yes! i'm a total creature of habit and i eat the same kind of non-fat greek plain yogurt every morning. yummy!

I'm a total creature of habit, and look forward to breakfast more than any other meal of the day. I'll have a high fiber cereal with skim milk, a probiotic yogurt, and some berries. Oh, and coffee of course!

I eat the same thing every day for breakfast... black coffee, oatmeal, and whole wheat toast with peanut butter. It keeps me full for hours.

I love breakfast but tend to eat the same things every day. I am on a IG diet so I have: -2 soya and lindseeds toads with low fat butter, -2 slices of ham -fruits (usually strawberries or grapes) or a fruit juice (usually orange juice) -once in a while a piece of low-fat chedar cheese. I like it because I am not hungry AT ALL for the next 5hours, I used to have cravings at around 11am and was unable to focus from then until lunch. When I will be done with my diet, I may allow myself some cereals or a nice croissant (I'm french!) on the weekend.

I mix it up most days. It ranges from 'normal' breakfast items like toast, eggs, cereal, porridge to leftovers from last night (salad, steak, pasta..) Unconventional, but its better I eat something, rather than nothing, right?

I switch it up. Yesterday I had biscuits and gravy (homemade with delicious veggie sausage), today I had just a latte and a few pieces of Autumn Harvest cereal, tomorrow I might have a homemade "Mc"Muffin with veggie sausage... switching it up makes my day more interesting :p I sometimes add oatmeal, toast, and waffles to the mix.

I love eating the same breakfast every day! I always have Kashi GoLean, milk, and strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/blackberries. MMMM!

I eat a bowl of Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal every morning! 51% of my daily allowance of fiber in one tasty bowl! Sundays I make pancakes or waffles for the kids, it's our treat!

I love breakfast and usually eat the same breakfast everyday - mix of fresh berries (strawberries,blueberries,rasperries)topped with non-fat ricotta and tablespoon of peanut butter. Sometimes,if I crave something more savory I make scrambled egg whites and mix in one wedge of Laughing cow light cheese.

Milk, cereal, fruit Mung beans, toast, fruit, milk Alternate depending how hungry I am in the morning, which depends on the dinner the previous night Hashbrowns and OJ on weekend, once every three/six months

Yes. :) But I love it so much that I feel no need to change it right now! Bowl of stove-top porridge (Scotch oats), cooked with vanilla rice milk, water, raisins and dried Montmorency cherries. Spoonful of almond butter and another drizzle of vanilla rice milk on top. So good, and really filling.

I try to vary my breakfasts during the week but I always gravitate toward a bowl of oatmeal with banana, greek yogurt, flaxseed and topped with a big spoonful of almond butter. Keeps me full for HOURS. The main reason I try to be more creative in my meals is because I write a food and fitness blog so I guess I feel I need to be more interesting for the sake of my readers!
